Wow: Brokered a transaction of 3,001 well-managed acres in Alabama for $7.2 million.
Insight: “Our sales jumped by 40 percent, and our per-acre sales price average was $1,000 higher per acre than in 2013,” says VP Susan Floyd. “Our agents also ran into fewer lending issues than in years past.”
