Idaho Hunting and Fishing Retreat for Sale

Billingsley Creek Ranch, located 90 miles from Sun Valley in Hagerman, Idaho, is on the market for $21 million. The nearly 700-acre property includes lakes, ponds, and more than a mile of Billingsley Creek running through the landscape. The retreat, known for its duck hunting and fishing, includes a 6,000-square-foot main house with six bedrooms, a guest house, and housing for employees. John and Ted Baker, co-founders of a Florida-based real estate company, purchased the property in 2007 as a hunting retreat. When Ted died earlier this year, the family put the house on the market. Hagerman is widely known among waterfowl hunters, and Billingsley Creek Ranch is one of the few privately owned hunting ranches in the area. During hunting season, as many as 20,000 ducks flock to the property. Pheasants, quail, and deer also can be found, and the creek has been regularly stocked with rainbow trout. Read more HERE.
