Who: FNC is not a franchiser and prides itself on being a full-service company for landowners. Its brokerage includes private treaty and auction services, management services for land, oil and gas, appraisals, and insurance.
Wow: Closed a 19,500-acre property in Western Nebraska for $83 million. Sixteen agents each had total sales volume exceeding $10 million.
Insight: “In 2012 our sales increased over 40% for the year,” says FNC Vice President Lee Vermeer. “Indications are the activity will continue to be strong in 2013, but nearing more normal levels.”
