The sale of several ranches in Far West Texas have decreased the holdings of this longtime landowner, including the 49,723-acre San Jacinto Ranch in Presidio County and 10,000-acre Cathedral Mountain Ranch just south of Alpine. Among the strategic tracts that Kelley currently has listed with King Land & Water are the 424,000- acre BREWSTER RANCHES, a one-of-a-kind assemblage of 22 ranches located adjacent to Big Bend National Park and Black Gap Wildlife Management Area that is on the market for $230.2 million. Kelley also has an entire mountain range listed for $48.8 million: the 76,185-acre EAGLE MOUNTAIN & CARRIZO MOUNTAIN RANCHES. This sky-island habitat is similar to the Davis Mountains and the Chisos Mountains.
