Who: Specializes in farm, ranch, and recreational land, as well as vineyards, orchards, hunting properties, ocean, lake, and river properties.
Wow: Closed a 1,000-acre almond ranch for $25 million. Insight: “Agriculture income-producing properties are very hot and in great demand,” says Marty Renfrew. “Orchards, hay ground, and any property producing a solid income sell quickly. The drought in California is having a great impact and any properties with good water rights are very attractive right now.”
