Kansas Ranch Sells for $6.4 Million

North Greenwood Ranch has sold for $6,362,695. The 2,892-acre Kansas ranch features three cross-fenced pastures. The previous owner cleared the property of long-abandoned oil field equipment and many of its trees. The open landscape contains excellent water sources, including nine ponds and a reported annual average precipitation of 37 inches. Described by listing broker Hall and Hall as “productive and easy to own,” North Greenwood Ranch operated as a commercial cattle operation for many years.
