Land Report April 2014 Newsletter

The importance of land to our society – as a resource, a common theme, and a point of contention – is a constant source of amazement. Water policy, agricultural programs, master-planned communities – so many aspects of our day-to-day existence bring us back to the land, its stewardship, and the many policies that are enacted (and contested) about it.
Our April newsletter features a broad range of news items that prove this point, including several landmark court cases with enormous implications.
