Methodology
The Land Report’s annual survey of US land brokerages is based on the total value of self-reported domestic land sales through traditional brokerage. Totals exclude commercial, industrial, and residential assets, unless those assets were a component of a more valuable land asset. All figures
were provided by respective firms from February 13 through March 31, 2025.
2024 Sales: $50M–$100M

What was your take on 2024? A lot of people took a wait-and-see approach regarding the election and the economy.
How is 2025 shaping up? An amazing start. A lot of people are ready to buy. Our listings increase every week.

Who: We specialize in Southwest Michigan land and waterfront properties. Our team has more than 75 years of real estate experience.
WOW: We transitioned our brokerage to a new name in 2024 and did not miss a beat.
What was your take on 2024? Buyer demand stayed strong despite limited inventory. Properly priced and marketed listings did not stay on the market long.
How is 2025 shaping up? An excellent year. Sellers are still seeing significant demand and top prices, while buyers may see a slight decrease in mortgage rates.
