2025 Land Investment Expo
2025 Land Investment Expo
By Cary Estes
Since 2008, the Land Investment Expo has been the venue of choice for investors intent on learning about all the various opportunities and challenges occurring within the agriculture industry. This torrent of information will be flowing again at the 2025 Land Expo, to be held Tuesday, January 14, at the Iowa Events Center in downtown Des Moines.
But beyond the lineup of speakers providing cutting-edge insights and observations, the Land Expo also provides an extraordinary opportunity to meet a wide cross section of attendees from throughout the ag and investment sectors. This can be just as valuable and enjoyable, according to Peoples Company CEO Steve Bruere, whose company hosts the Expo.
“Use the time at the Expo to get outside your comfort zone,” Bruere suggests. “One of the most rewarding things for me has been hearing from past attendees how a casual conversation with a new acquaintance at the Expo turned into a valuable business deal or even a friendship. As much as I love our speakers and what I learn from them each year, those types of connections built off the Expo are what make this gathering so special.”
