12 GAUGE OVER UNDER. Master craftsmen created every aspect of the one-off shotgun’s bespoke case.
I’ve shot this one-of-a-kind masterpiece — as a photographer, not as a gunner. Designed by master artisan Dario Cortini as a tribute to the Venetian explorer Marco Polo, the SO6 EELL SPARVIERE MARCO POLO is a work of art that features more than 800 hours of intricate, high-relief work with copper, silver, and enamel inlays.

A Timeless Gift
HOLLAND & HOLLAND “ROYAL” SIDE BY SIDE
“For more than two decades, Hall and Hall has enjoyed a relationship with the fine gunmakers at Holland & Holland. Matching logos aside, both organizations pride themselves on best-in-class service in our respective industries. Furthermore, the clientele of both companies also dovetails.
“A decade ago, it was decided that one of our partners was deserving of a gift that would be eternally appreciated and passed down through generations. Something bespoke; a work of art custom-tailored to the individual. The entire staff and partnership at Hall and Hall — nearly 50 individuals — came together to offset the purchase price of this gift, which was one part classic game weapon and one part work of art.
“It was an honor to present a Holland & Holland ‘Royal’ Side by Side 20 gauge shotgun to our esteemed partner.”
