The real estate and timberland advisory firm LandVest, headquartered in Boston, announced new leadership in April. Joseph Taggart is the new president, moving up from his previous role as executive vice president of timberlands. Taggart has been with LandVest since 2000 and a member of the board of directors and senior management since 2012. Slater Anderson becomes vice president, managing director of real estate. Anderson, who has been with the company for two decades, has also been on the board of directors since 2012.
“This transition signals both the continuity and innovation that are LandVest hallmarks,” noted board chair David Rosen. “Joe and Slater have been key drivers in the growth we have experienced over the past several years.” The board also reaffirmed Tina Bourgeois as CFO/COO and Maya Elisayeff as vice president marketing operations.
