Three-wheelers claim a cult following among on-road enthusiasts, but the Can-Am Canyon Redrock takes the unexpected route of targeting the offroad crowd. In this case the road less traveled incorporates quite a bit of engineering largely absent from the space: a semi-active suspension system, clutch-free paddle-actuated shifting, and an Apple CarPlay interface linked to a 10.25-inch touchscreen. While the stability control system’s reins can be loosened for gravel and dirt riding, the Redrock’s real secret weapon is its distinctive two-wheels-up-front layout and integrated hard cases, which lend it a look that’s both avant-garde and ready for adventure.
