Sam Middleton is the third-generation owner of Chas. S. Middleton and Son, which was established by his grandfather in 1920. Sam joined the firm in 1971 and has been involved in the marketing and sale of some of the most significant ranch properties in the nation. During his tenure, the firm has developed numerous innovations and has helped professionalize the brokerage industry through exclusive listings, detailed collateral, and state-of-the-art mapping.

In addition to brokerage services, Sam is a state-certified appraiser and holds the Accredited Rural Appraiser (ARA) designation through the American Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisers (ASFMRA).
