About Mason Morse Ranch Company

Established in Colorado, with founding roots dating back to 1961, Mason Morse Ranch Company operates locally, regionally, and nationally under the trade name “The Ranch Company.”

The Ranch Company is a specialized land brokerage, marketing, and sales firm focused exclusively on farms, ranches, and recreational trophy hunting and fishing properties across the American West and throughout the country. With more than $2 billion in recent transactions spanning over 1.2 million acres, the firm has built a reputation for representing complex, high-value land assets for discerning buyers and sellers. Guided by its trademark “Live It to Know It” philosophy, The Ranch Company is distinguished by a team of seasoned brokers who are real estate professionals and also landowners with operational farm, ranch, and investment backgrounds. This firsthand experience allows the firm to provide a deeper level of insight into water rights, soils, agricultural production, livestock capacity, wildlife habitat, and long-term land stewardship—critical factors that drive value in premier rural properties.

The Ranch Company operates as a collaborative ownership group, giving clients access to shared expertise, strategic marketing insight, and an extensive network of qualified buyers. Its integrated approach combines sophisticated marketing—ranging from GIS mapping and aerial media to targeted national campaigns—with the ability to accurately position and communicate each asset’s true value, derived from operational expertise. The Ranch Company specializes in representing multi-generational ranch families, agricultural producers, investors, and high-net-worth individuals who are transitioning real estate holdings or seeking trophy ranches and land-based investments to diversify wealth.

Whether marketing legacy properties or advising on strategic land acquisitions, the firm is recognized for its ability to navigate complex transactions involving water rights, conservation considerations, and generational ownership transitions. Across the United States and throughout the West, The Ranch Company is the firm engaged when integrity is important, land is significant, assets are complex, and experienced, credible representation matters most.
