Terry Bradshaw scored with the sale of his Oklahoma ranch, which was listed for $22.5 million. Listing brokerage Icon Global announced the sale on November 7. The two-time Super Bowl MVP, Pittsburgh Steelers legend, and FOX NFL Sunday co-host owned the 744-acre property for two decades.

Terry Bradshaw Rides into the Sunset

“I loved this ranch so much, having built it from the ground up,” Bradshaw said in a press release. “Tammy and I really didn’t want to make the final break until we found our perfect sunset opportunity to do what we enjoy on a smaller scale and in a place we absolutely love.” To that end, the couple bought a ranch 80 miles north of Fort Worth and relocated their horse operation there. A lifetime member of the AQHA, Bradshaw has bred championship stallions and mares for more than a quarter-century.

Southern Oklahoma Setting

The ranch’s location along the Red River near Thackerville in Southern Oklahoma and the quality of facilities lured would-be buyers as, no doubt, did the pedigree of a property owned by Terry Bradshaw. The Bradshaw family taped a reality show on the ranch called The Bradshaw Bunch, which ran on E! Entertainment Television. The Bradshaw Bunch gave fans many a memorable glimpse into the family’s life on the land. Much in the vein of fictional counterparts like Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone, the landscapes enchanted viewers.

The luxurious main home spans 8,600 square feet. The stables, barns, and state-of-the-art breeding facilities rival the main residence in terms of high-end amenities. The land itself is anything but second string with eight stocked fishing lakes, ponds, and improved pastures that can carry 200 animal units.

Red River Equine

Icon Global founder Bernard Uechtritz identified the buyers as Billy and Suzzone Franks of Texas and Chad and Tiffany Beus of Utah. They’ve dubbed their joint venture Red River Equine and intend to develop a premiere breeding, training, and sales preparation facility. All involved remain mum on the final sale price.
