1. The Mountain of Beverly Hills (California): $1 billion
Aaron Kriman has the listing on this one-of-a-kind property that overlooks all of Los Angeles and the Pacific Ocean.
2. Molokai Ranch (Hawaii): $260 million
This 55,574-acre ranch ranks as one of the Aloha State’s largest and encompasses more than one-third of Hawaii’s fifth-largest island, Molokai. 6. Gemini (Florida): $137.5 million (reduced from $195 million)
