Singer Miley Cyrus recently sold her 33-acre Nashville area estate for $14.5 million. The sale price represents a profit of more than 150 percent for the former child star, who purchased the property in 2017 for $5.8 million. Filings indicate that the buyer was Matthew Frauenshuh, a Minneapolis native who owns Fourteen Foods, the largest operator of Dairy Queen franchises in the US. The $14.5 million price is the second highest amount paid for a home in the Nashville area in 2022. Located 20 miles south of downtown Nashville in Franklin, the property is heavily wooded and has no close neighbors. The 7,000-square-foot farmhouse, built in 2014, includes five bedrooms, six bathrooms, and a large bonus room. Read more HERE.
