Just one year after purchasing a Palm Beach oceanfront estate for $80 million, Larry Ellison has put it on the market. The Leavitt/McIntosh Team of Douglas Elliman has listed the oceanfront trophy property for $145 million, an 80 percent premium over what the Oracle cofounder paid in 2021. With 564 linear feet of ocean frontage, the lot spans more than 6.5 acres. It totals 8.5 acres, including dunes and beach. The residence, built in 1991, has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and is located in Seminole Landing, a gated community. Earlier this summer, Ellison paid a record $173 million for a second Palm Beach estate. That transaction ranks as the biggest residential sale in Florida real estate history. Read more HERE.
