The 1,542-acre property lies along the Rocky Mountain Beartooth Front, adjacent to thousands of acres of national forest that thread through the heart of the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem. Water features include more than a mile of the East Fork and the Middle Fork of Fiddler Creek, multiple springs, and a spring-fed pond.
