Wyoming Bar Cross Ranch Hits the Market
Jason and Anne Spaeth have listed their approximately 12,000-acre Bar Cross Ranch with Jim Taylor of Hall and Hall for $35 million. Located 60 miles south of Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the working cattle ranch, which has ties to the Grateful Dead and John F. The property includes a 40-acre lake and approximately 2.5 miles of New Fork River frontage. Structures include a four-bedroom home built in 1910, a manager’s house, foreman’s house, other residences, barns, and an outdoor arena.
