Ken Mirr is one of the West’s top producers, having brokered the purchase and sale of thousands of acres across the western U.S. and South America. He began his career as a public lands attorney, assisting ranchers, conservation groups, natural resources companies, ski areas, telecommunications companies, and others with specialized land transactions involving state and federal agencies throughout the Rocky Mountain region.
Ken founded Mirr Ranch Group in 2005. Throughout his career, Ken has facilitated open space and land conservation transactions, consulted on conservation easements, land exchanges, grazing issues, and special use permits.
Ken holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Denver and a B.A. in History and Political Science from Southern Methodist University. In addition to being a licensed attorney in Colorado, he is also a Responsible Broker in Colorado and Wyoming, a Principal Broker in Utah, and a Designated Broker in Idaho. Raised in a steel town on the shores of Lake Michigan, Ken developed a passion for conservation and has dedicated his life to this cause in the Rockies.
